Board of Trustees
The Trust is administered by a Board of Trustees as specified in the Trust Deed. The Trustees are responsible for policy decisions, financial oversight, and ensuring that all activities of the Trust are conducted in compliance with applicable laws.

Management & Administration
The Board of Trustees elects a Managing Trustee who is entrusted with the day-to-day administration of the Trust, implementation of resolutions, financial management, and representation of the Trust before authorities.
Meetings of the Board of Trustees are conducted at regular intervals, and resolutions are passed either in meetings or by circulation, strictly in accordance with the Trust Deed.
Financial Compliance
- All funds, donations, grants, and contributions received by the Trust are utilized only for its charitable and educational objectives.
- The Trust is authorized to receive donations in cash, kind, movable and immovable properties.
- Trust funds may be invested in bank deposits and other permissible securities as decided by the Board of Trustees.
- No portion of the Trust income or property shall be distributed as profit to any Trustee.
Non-Profit Declaration
NavDisha Educational & Charitable Trust functions strictly on a non-profit basis. All income, assets, and properties of the Trust are applied solely towards achieving the objects of the Trust. No Trustee or member derives any personal financial benefit from the activities of the Trust.

The Trust is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and ethical governance in all its operations. Proper records of accounts, meetings, and resolutions are maintained as required under law.
